Town of Yadkinville State of Emergency Declarations & Termination & Executive Orders

The Town of Yadkinville declared a State of Emergency Wednesday, March 18th at 3:00 p.m.  This declaration will be in effect until modified or rescinded.Town of Yadkinville State of Emergency Declaration

The Town of Yadkinville declared a Second Declaration of State of Emergency "Stay-At-Home Order" on March 30, 2020, and will go into effect at 5:00 p.m.  The second declaration is in conjunction with the original "State of Emergency."

The Town of Yadkinville terminated the Second Declaration of State of Emergency "Stay-At-Home Order on May 8, 2020, effective at 5:00 p.m., however, the State of Emergency previously ordered on March 18, 2020, will continue uninterrupted and in full force and effect.  The Town of Yadkvinville will continue to follow the State of North Carolina restrictions and orders.
