According to the Town of Yadkinville's Development Ordinances, Residential Uses are defined as:
a land use which has dwelling units in which people reside outside of an institutional facility. This includes single-family, two-family (duplex), multi-family, and townhome residential units.
The following Residential Uses are permitted by the Town of Yadkinville
- Residential Uses marked with a "P" are permitted-by-right and require a zoning permit from the Town of Yadkinville's Planning Department.
- Residential Uses marked with a "C" are conditionally permitted and require both a Conditional Use Permit and a Zoning Permit from the Town of Yadkinville's Planning Department.
- Residential Uses with neither a "P" or a "C" are not permitted in that Zoning District.
