The Town's Business Investment Grant is a $5,000 grant program to invest in our businesses in the downtown. Check out the application to see if you or your tenant qualify.
Business Investment Grant Program
The Town's Facade grant is a 50% match to the exterior of the structure in our downtown footprint. The facade grant covers window replacements, door replacements, paint, trim work, awnings, landscaping and more. Up to $10,000 is eligible for applicants to qualify for their exterior renovations. Please reach out before starting any renovations to ensure your ideas meet our criteria for the grant.
