Wine Trails & Tourism

  • The Swan Creek Wine Trail 
    If you can’t carve out a full weekend, you can visit all six wineries for a great day trip. Just make sure you bring a designated driver. If you're traveling by car, just follow the purple and green grape cluster signs designating wineries on the Swan Creek Trail.
  • The Yadkin River Wine Trail 
    They Yadkin River Wine Trail is located about 25 minutes from Winston-Salem, an easy hour from Greensboro or an hour and a half drive from Charlotte. Once there, there is about 35 miles or so of wine-trail driving to reach the five wineries in East Bend and Boonville.
  • The Shallow Ford Trail 
    Nestled in this historic part of the Yadkin Valley are four vineyards that sit only minutes apart. The Shallow Ford Wine Trail is located about 20 minutes from Winston-Salem, a smooth 45 minutes from Greensboro or an hour and a half drive from Charlotte. The stories and specialties of these wineries vary, making a journey along the Shallow Ford Wine Trail in northwest North Carolina one of endless discovery.
  • Yadkin Valley Wine - The Scenic 421 Corridor - Tour featuring four wineries from Yadkinville to Purlear.
