Notice is hereby given for the following public hearings:
At 6:00 p.m., a request for rezoning (ZMA-2025-04) Parcel No. 133379, 329 Virginia Drive from the Residential Medium Density (RM) to the Residential High Density (RH).
At 6:05 p.m., a request for rezoning (ZMA-2025-05) Parcel No. 130007, 1508 Dobbins Mill Rd from the Rural Residential District (RR) to the Residential Manufactured Housing District (RMH).
At 6:10 p.m., a Request for rezoning ZMA 25-06: A request by Raafel Trabelsi for a Conditional Rezoning of a 2.2-acre property, identified as 633 W. Main Street, Parcel No. 130821 from Office Institutional (OI) to Residential High Density Conditional Zoning District (RH CZD).
At 6:15 p.m. for the purpose of hearing a request for Major Special Use Permit (M SUP) 2025-02, a request for Multi-family dwelling units at 633 W. Main Street Yadkinville, NC.
