TOWN OF YADKINVILLE, NC 
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Notice is hereby given of two public hearings that will be held by the Town of Yadkinville Board of Commissioners on Monday, August 3rd, 2026, in the Commissioners’ Chamber at Town Hall located at 213 Van Buren Street, Yadkinville, NC.  The first hearing is a request for rezoning (ZMA-2026-04) Parcel No. 130013, 420 Carolina Avenue from the Residential Medium (RM) District to the Residential High Density (RH) District at 6:00 PM. Immediately after at 6:10 PM the following request will be held: Request for rezoning (ZMA-2026-05) Parcel No. 130015, 125 S. Monroe Street from the Residential Medium (RM) District & Central Business District (CB) to the Residential High Density (RH) District.  Information may be obtained at the Town Hall or by calling 336-679-8732.
