Two Public Hearings Scheduled September 8th Board of Commissioners

Notice is hereby given of a public evidentiary hearing, which will be held by the Town of Yadkinville Board of Commissioners on Monday, September 8th, 2025 in the Commissioners’ Chamber at Town Hall located at 213 Van Buren Street, Yadkinville, NC, for the purpose of hearing a request for Major Special Use Permit (M SUP) 2025-01, a request for a retail use with sales outside a fully enclosed building (excluding automotive, bord, RV, manufactured or modular homes) at 2001 W. Main Street Yadkinville, NC.

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing, which will be held by the Town of Yadkinville Board of Commissioners on Monday, September 8th, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Commissioners’ Chamber at Town Hall located at 213 Van Buren Street, Yadkinville, NC, for the purpose of hearing the following: Request for rezoning (ZMA-2025-03) Parcel #153215 1100 E Old US 421 Hwy from the Highway Business District (HB) to the Light Industrial District (LI).
